Since neither the United States or Connecticut has gone to war or been attacked by any means including biological I have the following question for Ned Lamont.

Article 13 of the 1949 Geneva Convention III provides:
No prisoner of war may be subject to physical mutilation or to medical or scientific experiments of any kind which are not justified by the medical, dental or hospital treatment of the prisoner concerned and carried out in his interest.

According to Article 130, conducting biological experiments on prisoners of war is a grave breach of the Convention.

Since prisoners can't have drugs forced on them, why can an elected Public Servant force drugs on Legal American Citizens?

The newest way to control We the People is setting up speed cameras on the highways. Polling places and where the votes are counted need these audio and video cameras. Not the highways.

Let’s take a look at probable issues with these computer operated Highway cameras:

1) They are computer controlled so they are hackable. AI could generate fake images.

2) Without being hacked the powers that be can decide we need some more money in the budget so tag every 7^th vehicle for speeding whether they are or not doesn’t matter we want the money.

3) Someone has a personal vendetta against a person, for political or whatever reasons and has their vehicle tagged constantly.

4) Under the 6^th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution you have the Right to face your accuser. How is this possible with a computer. With live State Troopers it is possible.

These reasons are just to start.

Where we need cameras with audio and video is in every government building and vehicle. In every private government office from the governor on down there should be no private or executive sessions. The only private place would be criminal investigations. These people are our employees/public servants and they were elected or hired to do what We the People tell them to, not what lobbyists and corporations pay them to do.

Time to bring Freedom, the US Constitution and government by We the People back to Connecticut.

The following are questions I have and some answers I came up with:

Why do we have register our vehicles and renew our drivers licenses every couple of years? To keep a group of bought and paid for voters employed and paid for by the tax payers.

Why do we have to pay a property tax yearly on a house/property and vehicle we paid a sales tax on when we purchased them? Again to keep us under control by paying off voting groups who continue to vote in the party that gives them the biggest raises and benefits.

With all the laws passed to protect workers, why do we need public service unions? Same answer as the first two. Bought and paid for voting group.

We the People are supposed to own America why do our elected and civil public servants get to tell us when we can go on our beaches, in our forests, fish in our rivers, streams and ponds? I understand a set time for hunting for safety reasons and the birthing times of wild life. Why also are we charged to use our Property? See the above answers the rangers and park employees are another bought and paid for voting block.

Why an inheritance tax since all the money and property in that inheritance was already taxed? No reason except to fund more voting groups.

Why is medicare taken out of our paychecks and then again out of our social security? No reason that I can think of. We paid into it for over 40 years you’d think the short time we use it would have been paid for.

The government treats the legal American Citizens as an ATM. To fund groups to keep a political party in power.
